The “Roland” is named after its founder and head chef Roland Schulte, who has been active in Mallorca’s culinary scene for over 20 years. Before starting his own venture in 2011, Roland could be found in e.g. La Reserva Rotana, Manacor or Cap Vermell, Canyamel.
